Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the digital training for women and women-led businesses training programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Gender and Age: You must be a woman between 18 and 40.
- Employment Status: You must either be employed and seeking to leverage digital skills to improve your career prospects, or you must be a business owner looking to grow your business through digital tools
- Women who are digitally illiterate but aim to utilise this training to gain employment, start up a business or improve their career outcomes
- Access to Technology: You must have access to an internet-enabled phone or laptop to participate in the training sessions
- Basic Literacy Skills: You must be able to read and write to engage with the programme materials and activities effectively
- Residence: You must be resident in Port Harcourt.
- Minimum requirement for attendance (70%) and in-class assessment
- Willingness to Attend: You must demonstrate a high level of willingness to attend the training sessions, and may be incentivised with transport refunds at the end of each month
For women in business
- Should own a business- and give a proper description of your legitimate form of business
- Have between 1-5 employees, including the owner or less
- Access to internet-enabled phones or laptops
- Can read and write
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage
- Between 18-40 years
- Ensure that your type of business can utilise/adopt the learned digital skills

- Monthly Stipend: You will receive a monthly stipend to support you during the training programme.
- Post-Training Support: You will have access to post-training support services such as CV and cover letter writing, business registration support, and interview preparation.
